Systemic family therapy
Systemic family therapy is a globally recognized form of psychotherapy.
Despite its narrow definition, systemic family therapy is aimed at individuals, couples, or groups of people who desire support.
I do not view people in isolation, but try to see them in the context of their relationships and their social environment.
In the therapeutic process, we explore together how existing behaviors, interactions, and roles have influenced and continue to influence your experiences. We also identify your existing strengths and work to solidify them. The goal is to develop new perspectives on your issues, change entrenched dynamics, and find individual solutions that fit your life situation.
Psychotherapist in training under supervision
From 01.10.2026 the new title will be "Psychotherapist in specialist training under teaching supervision"
The term "in training under supervision" means that I am in the final stage of my psychotherapeutic training.
I already possess the necessary professional qualifications and am authorized to conduct psychotherapy independently.
Therapeutic processes are regularly reviewed and professionally supervised anonymously by experienced training supervisors. This additional quality feature supports my careful, professional, and continuously reflective psychotherapeutic work.
